Reins (FKA Picafuel) connects mobility and payments and turns both operations into profit.
We work with fuel retailers, fleet operators, EV charging networks, and mobility platforms to optimize payment flows, improve profitability, and turn operations into scalable growth engines. In parallel, we work with banks, FinTech’s, and payment providers entering the mobility space, helping them launch fleet and mobility payment programs without building complex infrastructure from scratch.

This channel covers:
- Mobility and fleet payments
- Fintech entering mobility
- Payment orchestration and data
- Turning transactions into profit
Because mobility today is not just about movement. It’s about money, data, and control.

UNIQOR is transforming refrigerated transport by decoupling cooling from the vehicle’s engine. Our vehicle-independent 48V electric architecture delivers powerful, silent, and 0% emissions from the cooling unit – whether retrofitted on diesel trucks or integrated into new EV fleets.
Built for intensive last-mile distribution, UNIQOR enables Dual-Zone Cooling with two independent temperature circuits in one vehicle, supporting mixed cargo such as +2-8°C and +15-25°C for pharmaceuticals, or chilled and frozen for food. For multi-drop routes, OBX (OpenBox) helps maintain temperature stability during frequent door openings, reducing excursions and product loss.
Powered by UNIQONTROL for real-time monitoring, remote control, alerts, diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and enterprise integration, UNIQOR turns compliance readiness into a competitive advantage. With ROI under two years and up to 50% lower operating costs (fuel + maintenance), UNIQOR makes sustainable cooling a smart business decision – not a compromise.
Voltify is the first to make Zero-Emission rail economically feasible with zero operational changes.
Our solution was designed over a year of intensive collaboration with every department of the Class 1 railroads—
including operations, signaling, finance, servicing, maintenance, locomotives, engineering, etc.
After dozens of meetings and three major product pivots, we developed a solution that allows railroads to maintain
their current workflows while saving 20%+ on energy with no upfront investment.
This shift is possible because of the collapse in battery costs.
Cells that cost $313/kWh three years ago (during Alon’s previous 1GWh project) now cost us $114/kWh, with 2027
quotes at $70/kWh. This 75% price drop allows us to provide deep discounts to railroads while maintaining 20%–
30% margins.
What substitutes do people resort to?
Currently, there are no economically viable alternatives to diesel.
Diesel is the standard, but it accounts for 20%–30% of total OpEx and is highly volatile.
Hydrogen, despite the hype, remains significantly more expensive than diesel.
Even assuming ten years of technological breakthroughs ahead, hydrogen is only projected to reach parity with
diesel, which is already 4x more expensive than our solution today.
PulseCharge Tech is an Israeli deep-tech startup developing a patented high-voltage pulsed charging technology for lithium-ion batteries.
Our solution enables 4–5× faster charging with minimal temperature rise (<12°C) and no battery degradation, while remaining fully compatible with existing lithium-ion chemistries and battery designs.
Unlike conventional fast charging methods that rely on high continuous current and cause overheating and accelerated aging, PulseCharge uses nanosecond-scale high-voltage pulses with low average current. This approach activates internal charge diffusion processes inside the battery, significantly reducing thermal stress while maintaining ultra-fast charge rates.
The technology has been independently validated at Bar-Ilan University under the supervision of Prof. Doron Aurbach, one of the world’s leading battery scientists. Lab tests on standard 18650 cells demonstrated full charging in ~15 minutes with no observable degradation over repeated cycles.
PulseCharge targets applications in EV charging infrastructure, energy storage systems, robotics, power tools, and e-mobility, offering OEMs and infrastructure providers a scalable fast-charging solution without the need for new battery chemistries or cooling systems.
From Gas to Clean Electricity:

StoreDot is the pioneer and leader of extreme fast charging (XFC) batteries that overcome the critical barriers to mainstream EV adoption – range and charging anxiety. The company has revolutionized the conventional Li-ion battery by designing and synthesizing proprietary organic and inorganic compounds, optimized by Artificial Intelligence algorithms, making it possible to charge an EV in as little as five minutes – the same time it takes to refuel a conventional combustion engine car.
Through its ‘100inX’ product roadmap, StoreDot’s battery technology is designed for best driver experience, offering ‘Range On Demand’: 100 miles charged in 5 minutes (2024), 100 miles charged in 3 minutes by 2028, and extreme energy density solution enabling 100 miles to be charged in 2 minutes by 2032. StoreDot’s strategic investors and partners include Daimler, BP, VinFast, Volvo, Polestar, Ola Electric, Samsung, TDK and the manufacturing partner EVE Energy. In 2022, the company achieved a world first by demonstrating a live extreme fast charging of an EV battery cell.
